RESIDENT POOL (Private swimming pool)

RESIDENT POOL

Swimming pools in homes are increasingly popular. In addition to providing a place to exercise and swim to cool down at home, it will also contribute to the beauty and exceptional appearance of your home and landscape. Also, with a spa zone in the swimming pool, you can effectively release stress from work and other commitments. The first step for individuals who desire a swimming pool in their home is to determine whether there is adequate space to create one. A swimming pool can now be built in a dwelling as small as 50 square feet. Although the swimming pool does not have to be extremely huge, it should not be too tiny because the desired pool may become a pool or reservoir. However, the pool should be long enough to allow for swimming but not so narrow that our hands risk contacting the pool's edge.

COMMERCIAL POOL

(Swimming pool or service facility)

Swimming pools for project projects are typically created by project architects to create a stunning pool design that complements the building style and structure of the project. However, you should speak with a swimming pool specialist because the design must include the swimming pool system, the size of the machine room, and other design aspects. Because most commercial swimming pools have a significant number of users and are used frequently, selecting the proper swimming pool system and equipment is critical for optimal and long-term performance.

TIPS : On average, installing a prefabricated swimming pool costs around 10% less than building a concrete swimming pool, although this varies depending on the condition of the jobsite and the difficulty of accessing the swimming pool construction location. The building cost of a concrete swimming pool with a depth of about 1.2 meters and a mosaic tile surface is approximately 20,000-25,000 baht per square meter.

Swimming pool system

Overflow System That is, water will flow from the swimming pool to the pool edge gutter, then to the surge tank, via the filter tank, and back into the swimming pool.

  • The swimming pool has a grating around the edge, allowing water to overflow on either side depending on the design.
  • The water level will be just over the pool's edge, giving the water surface a tight, beautiful, and clean appearance at all times.
  • There is a surge tank that is at least 10% the size of the swimming pool.
  • The pool design is more aesthetically pleasing than the Skimmer system.

Skimmer system That is, water flows from the pool via a square hole in the pool wall (skimmer), then through the filter tank, and back into the pool.

  • The water will not reach the pool's edge. The water level will be about 10-20 cm below the pool's edge.
  • The pricing will be lower than the Overflow system.
Disinfection system

Chlorine system  It refers to the usage of chlorine in the form of liquid, powder, flakes, or blocks weighing 90 or 15 grams. Chlorine is a disinfectant, and the water in the swimming pool should have a pH of 7.2-7.8 to maximize disinfection effectiveness.

Salt-Chlorinator System It is a system that uses natural salt (NaCL) through an electrolytic process by the salt chlorinator machine, which converts it into liquid chlorine or sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen, which helps kill germs. The water in the pool is chlorine-free, so it does not irritate the nose, eyes, or skin, and it also moisturizes the skin.

Ozone Swim It is the process of releasing electricity that produces electrons. These electrons react with oxygen molecules to form prana and oxygen molecules, which make ozone. To achieve standard water values, this system must be used in conjunction with either a chlorine or salt system.
